What is a Faulty or Damaged Item?
At Looksee, we're all about delivering smiles with every order. But if you receive something that's not quite right, don't fret – we've got your back!
We're super meticulous about checking the quality of our products, but sometimes the universe throws a curveball, and things might get a little roughed up on their journey to you. Rest assured, we do our best to package everything with care to minimize any bumps along the way.
A faulty or damaged item simply doesn't meet the high-quality standards we pride ourselves on. It's not what you expected, it leaves you less than thrilled - but don't worry, we're here to fix it!
Replacing or Refunding Damaged Items
Just a heads-up: Many of our paper products are crafted with recycled materials, so charming flecks or imperfections are part of the paper's character – it's all about sustainability and eco-friendliness!
If however, you receive an order with a greetings card that’s seen better days, or an item that is damaged or faulty, reach out to us pronto! We'll swing into detective mode to sort things out.
Our goal? To get a smile back on your face ASAP! We'll work like magic to arrange a refund or replacement for your damaged treasure in record time.
In some cases, we might ask for a little photographic evidence of the damage or fault, just to help us understand what went wrong so we can do better next time.
Returning Unwanted Items
We totally get that sometimes you change your mind – it happens to the best of us! That's why we've got a hassle-free return policy just for you:
Up to 14 days: You've got a sweet 14-day window after receiving your delivery to decide if the item is your cup of tea. Within this time, you can snag a full or partial refund, or even swap it out for something else you love!
15+ Days: After the first two weeks, we reserve the right to politely decline returns for unwanted items. But hey, don't sweat it – we're sure you'll adore your goodies!
Handwritten Card Service: Please note that if you have opted for a handwritten card, these cards are not eligible for refunds, as they are personalised items.
Returning Items Purchased from Stockists
If you've snagged some Looksee goodies through one of our fantastic stockists, and you're thinking about making a return, no worries – it's really straightforward!
Returns for Items Purchased Through a Stockist
Returns for items purchased through a stockist should be handled directly with them. Each stockist may have their own returns policies, so be sure to check with them for all the details. But trust us, they're all amazing folks who are more than happy to lend a helping hand if you ever run into any hiccups with your Looksee products. We're all in this together to make sure you're happy and satisfied!
Refund Process
We aim to get the ball rolling with your refund as soon as we receive your return back. We usually check our returns PO Box every couple of weeks, so if you’re returning an item to us, please email to let us know. We’ll then check it more frequently so we can action your refund more swiftly!
We process refunds via the original payment method.
Steps to Return an Item
- Drop us a line at hello@lookseeillustration.co.uk within 14 days of getting your order if you want to return or swap an item – we're all ears!
- Pack up your item snug as a bug, preferably in its original packaging, and send it to: LOOKSEE ILLUSTRATION, PO BOX 5632, Glasgow, G77 9FB. Be sure to use Royal Mail for delivery or it won't arrive, and snag a receipt as proof of sending.
- Wanna speed things up? Ping us a message once your return is on its way! We'll check in on the PO Box more frequently.
- Your refund will be winging its way to you within 14 days of us getting the goods back, as long as the items arrive with us suitable for resale.
Cost of Return
You're responsible for covering the cost of return postage, unless the goods arrived damaged or faulty.
Conditions for Return
We want this to be a super smooth process, so here's a quick rundown of what we're looking for:
- Unused & Complete: Items should be unused and come with all their bits and bobs intact. We want them looking as fresh as the day they arrived!
- Original Packaging: Keep those goodies snug in their original packaging, just like how they arrived on your doorstep.
- Proof of Purchase: Got your receipt or order confirmation handy? Awesome! Having that digital proof makes the return process a breeze. Check your email for that golden ticket – it's your key to hassle-free returns!
Refusal of Refund
If an item comes back to us in a condition that's not quite ready for its close-up, we'll need to chat. Unfortunately, if it's not in resalable condition, it may mean we can’t grant a refund.
So, please help us to help you by ensuring the item is returned in resalable condition. Doing so ensures we can process your full refund without any hiccups and get it to you ASAP!
